Dr. Gai Moore

Sax Institute

Gai leads the Sax Institute’s Knowledge Exchange program and has considerable expertise in defining the research needs of policy makers and developing tailored solutions to inform decision making. She oversees the Institute’s knowledge brokering and rapid reviews and delivers a suite of related services including knowledge translation strategies, evidence briefs and deliberative dialogues.


Previously Gai worked for over 10 years in health services management, most recently as the Multicultural Coordinator for the former South Western Sydney Area Health Service. She has a PhD in knowledge translation from the University of Sydney. Her research examines knowledge mobilisation and rapid reviews and the processes that support these.
